Try your new Debayn on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like a different size or a refund. We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces within 30-days from the date you received your order.

How do I return

As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to return, let us know. You have 30 days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps:

  • Visit our returns center here
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

  • Items must be returned to us unused with all Debayn tags, labels still attached and pouch/dust bag. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

    The shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to us for an exchange or a refund are covered by us.

    Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items.

    Debayn cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend to keep a record of the tracking details.

    How long does it take

    We endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we do our best to reply with your Returns Authorisation (RA) number within 48 hours.

    If you're exchanging, we will send your new item, and email you a new tracking number within 2 to 5 business days

    If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 2 to 5 business days.
